It’s located on East 49th Street, between First and Second avenues, near the United Nations headquarters. The nearest train is the 6 at 51st Street.

Upper West Side

Taxes come in at $475/month and common charges $384/month. it’s located on East 19th Street, steps from Prospect Park and the B and Q trains at Church Avenue.
