Its location is another major pro: It sits on 73rd Street, just steps from Central Park and near the 1, 2, and 3 trains at 72nd Street.

Meanwhile, in Midtown, this relatively spacious one-bedroom is also renting for $3,100/month. It comes with a living area, two closets, hardwood floors, and a renovated kitchen. The building is pet-friendly and has an elevator. It sits on Park Avenue, between 33rd and 34th streets, steps from the 6 train at 33rd Street.

This modern one-bedroom in Long Island City is also up for grabs, renting for $3,112/month. The bright unit comes with floor-to-ceiling windows, hardwood floors, and a living room area. As far as the building, it has a common laundry room, a gym, a children’s playroom, and a common roof deck. It sits on Center Boulevard, steps from Gantry Plaza State Park in the neighborhood’s waterfront.

In Nolita, a compact one-bedroom is also renting for $3,100/month. The unit has a living room area, a renovated kitchen with a dishwasher, oak hardwood floors, and exposed brick. Its location is perhaps its main pro: It’s located on Mulberry Street, between Prince and East Houston streets, near the B, D, F, and M trains at Broadway-Lafayette and a short walk to Sara D. Roosevelt Park.

And, finally, a 436-square-foot studio on West 23rd Street, in Chelsea, is renting for $3,075/month. The apartment has hardwood floors and the building has an elevator, a common laundry room, and bike storage. It sits between Seventh and and Eighth avenues, near the 1 train at 23rd Street (and right in front of a Doughnut Plant).
