Heading to Manhattan, on the Upper East Side, this bright studio is also renting for $2,100/month. The unit has large windows and oak floors. A major plus is its location: It sits on East 84th Street, mere steps from the N and Q trains at 86th Street, near both Whole Foods and Fairway Market.

It’s located on West 117th Street, between Frederick Douglass Boulevard and St. Nicholas Avenue, near the C and B trains at 116th Street.
