Although Ditmas Park saw one of the largest jumps in home prices in the last five years— according to a recent StreetEasy study, its median recorded sales price went from $705,000 in 2015 to $1.2 million in 2019—there are still some homes under $1 million to be found in the neighborhood. This one-bedroom co-op that just listed, asking $499,000, is the perfect example.

The airy apartment has one bedroom, a living room, one renovated bathroom, space for an office, and a large private terrace. Some interior details include hardwood floors and new appliances in its kitchen.

The terrace has large planters and fits a large table and chairs: “perfect for alfresco entertaining,” the listing says.
