Welcome back to The Six-Digit Club, in which we take a look at a newish-to-market listing priced under $1 million, because nice things sometimes come in small packages. Send nominations to the tipline.

Houses rarely make it to this column because, well, they are expensive in New York City, and usually over $1 million. That is one of the main reasons why this graceful two-story home in Brooklyn’s Midwood neighborhood caught our eye.

Asking $925,000, the four-bedroom, 1,612-square-foot home is attached to its neighboring twin structure and has a steep roof and wood-paneled facade, along with a spacious entry walkway.

Inside, there are base and plaster moldings, hardwood floors, an attic that could be used as the fourth bedroom or an office, two full bathrooms, and a large kitchen with beige cabinetry. But most notably, the house also features a huge tiled backyard with wood fencing, plants, a sage green pergola, and space for two seating areas.

It’s located at 3110 Avenue L, between East 31st and East 32nd streets, near the Q train at Avenue M. Taxes for the property are $518/month, and it’s listed with Victoria M. Bongiovi of Compass.
