What/Where: 1BR, 1BA co-op on the Upper East Side

Square Footage: N/A

Maintenance/Common Charges: $1,128

This Upper East Side apartment might need some work if you’re not a fan of the color pink: The bubblegum-hued one-bedroom has flowery wallpaper in a somewhat muted fuchsia shade in the living room and bathroom, and kitchen cabinets in a color that is, regretfully, best described as millennial pink.

The apartment itself is decently sized; the living room is 24 feet long, with enough room for a dining area, and the kitchen is set off from the rest of the space. There are also several large closets. It’s located in a building that’s in prime Upper East Side, with the Q train just a few blocks away.

Knowing all that, how much do you think this place is asking?
